As the name suggests, a glass bottle is a container made of glass material. Glass is a transparent semi-solid and semi

liquid substance that forms a continuous network structure when melted. During the cooling process, the viscosity

gradually increases and hardens without crystallization. It is a silicate non-metallic material. However, sometimes we

may find that some glass bottles are mixed with unclean things, which gives a very uncomfortable feeling. Below, we

will talk about the reasons for the formation of three types of inclusions:

1. The reason for the formation of multiple lines in glass bottles is that there are glass bottles in the glass liquid that

have not been homogenized, have high viscosity, and high surface tension, which are formed during the blowing

molding process.

2. The reason for the formation of stripes in glass bottles: The uneven glass liquid formed in the early stage is dispersed

under the action of liquid flow and stirring, and has not yet diffused and homogenized into small stripes.

3. The formation of glass bottle nodules is caused by the interaction between stones and components in the surrounding

glass fluid under long-term high temperature.

Therefore, as glass manufacturers, we must pay attention to the refinement of each process, minimize impurities in the

glass, and reduce the number of unqualified products.
